Presentation of a complete OriSTeeL production line, in the exact configuration for delivery to the end customer, with all its standard equipment. These production lines are sold turnkey, with technical assistance throughout the process, from ordering to commissioning at the end customer. There are 6 different types of production lines: Two semi-automatic 'TOURNETTE' lines to manufacture metal structures 3 meters long: The 'TOURNETTE' lines can manufacture 1.5 to 2 metal structures per minute the 'TOURNETTE' lines are not exportable outside France The 'TOURNETTE' lines ONLY MANUFACTURE 'TD8', (TD12 POSSIBLE AS AN OPTION). The four OriSTeeL©® automatic lines are listed below: 'VEYRIER': for the manufacture of expanded metal structures 3 meters long. 'MONT-BLANC': for the manufacture of deployed metal structures 3.5 meters long. 'ATLAS': for the manufacture of deployed metal structures 6 meters long. 'EVEREST': for the manufacture of deployed metal structures 6.5 meters long. The automatic lines are approved to be exported all over the world. Depending on the dimensions of the metal structures manufactured, from 3 to 6.5 meters in length, the automatic lines can produce from 3 to 5 pieces/minute THE AUTOMATIC LINES ARE STUDIED TO MANUFACTURE 'TD8' - 'TD12' and 'TD16'.
